Alucidnation is the musical project of Bruce Bickerton. His music is comprised of slo-mo horizontal beats, occasional dreamy vocals and washes of ambience - pretty much guaranteed to produce a wave of nodding, blissed-out heads. To fine-tune this atmosphere, layers are textured with reverb, ensuring the overall melancholic, hazy drift is never too far away. His music bursts with atmosphere, due largely to how Bickerton produces the prevailing ambience. It's music of subtle, unassuming drama.
Bruce is also a reputable remixer, a broadcaster with his weekly radio show 'Eclectronica' on Chill DAB and his own record label to keep him busy. He’s released two successful albums for The Big Chill, both of which were critically well received. He is releasing his third album later in 2012.
